Professional Secrets Revealed

What we can achieve with the magic of reflectors and diffusers is magical.

Voila! Some magic is applied.
Now she is evenly lit with a golden highlight on the right side that used to be dark.

She is over exposed on her left side and has dark shadows on the right side.

How it is done!

Direct sunlight is rarely the best light for outdoor portrait photography, but you can make it work for you with use of the proper equipment.

An overhead diffuser is used to soften the harsh sunlight

A "side-on" gold reflector gives a crisp highlight

A white or silver reflector is used to fill the subject with an even natural light

Color tones are now much more natural

Presto! There you have it. A well balanced professional photo.
These same principals are also used in film production. Wild Lupin has the edge over it's competitors by offering these types of photography and video production setups.
